E-Course about Women's Health & Fertility

As a woman, your Chocolate Priestess has had her share of ups and downs with her health.  I've recently learned about an online course designed to help women with questions and concerns about their fertility called Naturally Knocked Up.  While this has nothing to do with chocolate directly, I do talk about health concerns and this is an opportunity to let some of you know about a course that might interest you but which you might otherwise never learn about.

This e-course teaches you how to support female reproductive health through natural living and nourishing foods. Donielle Baker, from the Naturally Knocked Up blog, is the teacher; she knows first-hand about issues surrounding hormones, fertility, conception, and health. In 2002, she was diagnosed with PCOS (poly-cystic ovary syndrome).  Your Chocolate Priestess also has this condition so I know first hand the problems that it can cause not just in terms of fertility but in your general health.

Information directly from the website from this course describe it this way:
This one-of-a-kind 12 week multi media course will be a breath of fresh air in an otherwise depressing world of unfortunate statistics. With these classes you will learn:
  • How to cleanse your body of toxins
  • Why common products you use may be contributing to your infertility
  • What exercises can help you prepare your body for conception and pregnancy
  • How to pin point ovulation
  • What to eat…..and what not to eat
  • Alternative treatments for infertility
If Naturally Knocked Up sounds interesting to you, you can use a special coupon (EARLYBIRD) through July 3rd to save $26 off the course enrollment fee.  Remember to return tomorrow for our "Saturday Sacrament" so you can find wonderful treats for the weekend.

Thanks for sharing this. I, too, have been diagnosed with PCOS and am always looking for ways to help manage it. I'll have to check this out.
I'm glad this information might be useful to some of us. I was diagnosed two months ago after a lot of testing and we're trying some medications as well as looking at foods and exercise.
